A.R. Oliastro, Inc. is looking for a hardworking, dependable Laborer to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Assist with paving, excavating, and site preparation projects
Perform general labor duties on construction sites
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
Load and unload materials
Help maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
Valid driver's license preferred
Construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
