It has come to attention that people in and around the community have been getting new wells drilled by a large company from around the area. After the new wells are done, people still have high nitrates and other elements in the water. Upon research I have found that this company is double s screening the wells. 1 screening at first water, the water with high nitrates and other harmful elements, then 2nd screening at lower water. Therefore they are contaminating the good water with a direct funnel from the first high nitrate water. The water tables should be sealed apart as intended. Ask yourself why they would put our good water in jeopardy and not do the job right. And the people doing this are on the water board in Lincoln. If you want to protect our water, call Lincoln and demand this stops. Beware of who drills your wells. As a water well contractor this is uncalled for. The NDEE is supposed to protect our resources. I know how good drillers sealed the separate aquifers. Don't be fooled by poor drilling practices, once you open the gate from bad to good water will become irreversible and all our water will be contaminated. Call the NDEE AND VOICE CONCERNS.
