We’ve got another new face around Complete! 👋

Meet Austin, our new Project Manager!

Austin will be working behind the scenes (and out in the field) helping keep projects moving, coordinating with our crews, and making sure everything stays on track from the time work is scheduled through completion.

He’s been getting settled in, learning how we do things around here, and getting familiar with all the moving pieces that come with keeping our projects organized. We’re excited to have another set of hands helping everything run a little smoother!

So if you see Austin stopping by your project, now you know who he is. 😄

We figured it was probably time we officially introduced Shawn Hagan! 👋

You may have already spotted Shawn in a few of our photos, but he joined the Complete team earlier this year as one of our sales reps. Since then, he’s been busy learning the ropes, getting out on jobs, and getting pretty well settled into his office here in the new addition.

He’s jumped right in and has done a great job learning how we do things around here. More importantly, he’s fit right in with the crew and has been a wonderful addition to the team.

So now when you see Shawn pop up in our photos, you can officially put a name to the face. 😄

Rudy showed up in uniform, posed for his company photos, and contributed absolutely nothing else to the workday.

🎉 **Happy 2-Year Work Anniversary!** 🎉

Today we’re celebrating **2 years with our Systems Coordinator, Mikayla!**

So much of what happens behind the scenes here wouldn’t run nearly as smoothly without her. From keeping our systems organized and running to helping keep the office on track, she plays a huge part in making sure everything keeps moving forward.

We truly appreciate all of the time, effort, and knowledge she brings to our team every day. We’re lucky to have her as part of the Complete Roofing & Remodeling family!

We had a great time Saturday at the Buffalo Stampede parade in Elm Creek! ❤️

Always a fun time to see the community come together—and we had a couple of little helpers riding along with us to make sure plenty of candy made its way to the crowd. 🍬

Thanks to everyone who came out, waved, said hello, and helped make another Buffalo Stampede a good one. We’re already looking forward to next year! 😄

From working with us this summer to committing to play volleyball at Minnesota State University! 🏐 We’re so proud of you and excited to watch what’s ahead! ❤️

After lots of thought, prayer, and trusting God’s plan, I’m so excited to announce that I have verbally committed to continue my volleyball career at Minnesota State University Moorhead! 🐉🏐
I’m incredibly thankful for my family and all of their endless love and support throughout this journey. My faith has guided me every step of the way, and I’m so grateful for where God is leading me.
A huge thank you to Coach Jonie for training me, believing in me, and always pushing me to be better on and off the court. I’m also so thankful to Coach Kari and Chloe for this amazing opportunity and for believing in me!

Ord took a hard hit from this storm.

Our team is currently helping homeowners get damaged roofs patched and protected, and we're ready to help with the repairs that come next.

We're seeing everything from hail-damaged siding to significant roof and exterior damage. If your home was in the path of the storm, even if you aren't seeing a leak right now, take a look around your property and give us a call if something doesn't look right.

Right now, the priority is getting homes protected from any further damage and helping our neighbors start putting things back together.

Hopefully the only thing you're hearing today is the rain outside.

But if you've noticed a new drip, a ceiling stain, or water where it shouldn't be, don't wait and hope it goes away. Rain has a way of exposing roofing problems that have been hiding for months.

This is what one hailstorm can do to a home's siding.

The siding on this home took a serious beating, leaving it full of holes and no longer able to provide the protection it was meant to.

The transformation is hard to miss. Fresh siding gives the home a clean, updated look, but the biggest improvement isn't what you see—it's knowing the home is protected again. Siding is your home's first line of defense against Nebraska's weather, and when it's damaged, that protection is compromised.

Sometimes storm damage is obvious. Sometimes it isn't. Either way, it's worth having it checked.

If your home has been through a recent hailstorm, don't just check the roof. Your siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior components can all be affected. We'd be happy to take a look and help you understand your options.

If you haven't looked at your roof yet today... now might be a good time.

We've already heard about blown-off shingles, branches through roofs, damaged sheds, and plenty of tree limbs down after last night's wind around the Lexington area.

Hopefully your home came through just fine, but it's worth taking a quick walk around before the weekend. Sometimes storm damage is obvious... and sometimes it's just one or two missing shingles that can turn into a bigger problem later.
