CDL Dump Truck Driver – Tri-Axle

Taylor-Robinson Services LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team.

We are looking for a driver who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and understands the importance of reliability and professionalism.

POSITION:
CDL Dump Truck Driver – Tri-Axle Dump Truck

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck to and from job sites
• Haul dirt, stone, sand, asphalt, concrete, debris, and other construction materials
• Load and unload materials safely
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage, delivery tickets, and paperwork
• Secure loads and comply with applicable DOT requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and job-site personnel
• Keep truck clean and presentable
• Report mechanical issues and safety concerns promptly
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements
• Work alongside excavation and construction crews when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid CDL required
• Class A CDL preferred
• Previous dump truck/heavy truck experience required
• Tri-axle experience preferred
• Must successfully pass a company truck/road test
• Manual transmission experience strongly preferred
• Clean and safe driving record
• Must meet DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Construction material hauling experience required

SCHEDULE:
Full-time, Monday–Friday typical schedule.

Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be available depending on workload. Start times may vary based on job-site and material delivery schedules.

Our crew is having a little fun on this beautiful Labor Day, but still working hard.

Our newest friends weren’t as helpful as we had hoped. Little regard for personal space too… They were quite friendly and cute though!

🐴 We recently installed automatic drinking posts at a local working horse farm—because hauling buckets, dragging hoses, breaking ice, and scrubbing water troughs builds character… but we think most farmers have enough “characters” to deal with on the farm already.

A properly installed automatic waterer means:

💧 Fresh water available when your animals need it
❄️ Less worrying about frozen water in the winter
🪣 Fewer buckets and troughs to clean and fill
⏰ One less chore on an already LONG list of dirty jobs

We handle the whole installation—from trenching and underground water lines to setting and installing the drinking post.
