These are the before and after photos for the loft turned primary suite. Along with the bathroom, we also added a door at the bottom of the stairs to separate the space and custom built the glass and the trim to match the craftsman trim throughout the first floor of the home, removed the closet to open up a portion of the room and replaced the old carpet with new luxury carpeting as well as created a new built-in dresser and closet system throughout the loft area.

Bathroom remodel from earlier this year as a portion of a bigger project. We turned an upstairs loft into a primary bedroom suite starting with this quick bathroom flip to create something closer to their vision. These are the before and after photos of the bathroom and soon to be seen will be the updated loft area built-ins and a new door system at the base of the stairs to create the primary room feel and help with better temperature regulation throughout the upstairs.

Quick kitchen facelift, changing out the old countertops with new quartz and full height quartz backsplash. We took out the raised breakfast bar and made it all the same level for the seamless look. Swapped out the sink and cooktop systems and added some new adjustable undercabinet lighting. Thanks to Adam Van Eekeren with for the electrical work. I always trust them to take care of my electrical needs for all my remodel projects.

Recent kitchen remodel project completed. We added more cabinet and countertop space by utilizing the full height and length of this kitchen layout. Taking out old soffits to make room for full height upper cabinets and adding another base cabinet to better use previously wasted space. The new modern kitchen brightens up the room and adds great value to this home!

Before and after pictures of our recent exterior repair and repaint of this beautiful home! We repaired some of the rotting wood and added new decorative trim. The homeowner decided to stick with the same blue color that was previously used and changed the white/beige trim to better match their newest window replacements. Thanks to Dustin Samuolis at Elk Grove Sherwin-Williams for the great products and all the help to get this project completed!

Here are the before and after transformation pictures! We changed the layout, added some new features to make the bathroom feel more spacious with more storage and better lit so it didn’t feel too dim throughout the big space!
