Exterior deck: We added this 12’ x 16’ deck to house a hot tub. The decking is Trex Transcend in color “spiced rum”, and the railing system is Trex Transcend in color “vintage lantern”. The plan is to redo the upper deck with the same Trex materials next.

Kitchen remodel: for this job we removed two walls, which involved rerouting plumbing and electrical, to enlarge the kitchen and create an open concept. The wall cabinets are white with quartz countertops and a carrera marble tile backsplash. We custom built the island cabinets and surround, as well as the massive 10’ x 4’ white oak countertop. Recessed lighting, oak flooring, and wainscoting complete the look. The before pics are at the end, I think you’ll agree the transformation is dramatic.

Latest Kitchen: for this project we removed two walls to open up the space. We matched the oak flooring we installed in the kitchen to what was throughout the rest of the home. The new painted cabinetry, quartz countertops, hammered subway tile, custom range hood and champagne brass hardware work very well together. We custom made some walnut shelving and a walnut cabinet to add some contrast.

P.S. the plywood countertop on the peninsula is just temporary, we’re still waiting on the quartz for that area.

Latest project: we started by installing LVL beams to accommodate a pair of sliding glass doors, one 12’ and the other 9’. We then constructed this elegant screened in porch with mahogany flooring and tongue and groove ceilings. We then constructed this massive 24’ x 16’ deck. In total we added 600 sq ft of outdoor living space to this home.

Kitchen remodel: transformed this space with new lighting, new cabinetry, quartz countertops and arabesque tile backsplash. I custom built a walnut range hood cover which I think contrasts nicely with the painted cabinets and adds the perfect finishing touch. The last two pictures show the kitchen before, pretty dramatic change.

Out with the old, in with the new: For this project we removed an old fireplace and installed a new double sided fireplace. We reframed the space to accommodate the new fireplace and create a hearth. Custom made cabinetry flanks each side of the fireplace. The cabinetry is painted white, which contrasts nicely with the dark oak countertops, shelves, hearth and mantle. White shiplap covers the wall between the cabinetry and creates a clean and crisp modern look.

Pool cabana in progress: Once completed, this 12’ x 18’ cabana with TV and bar will be the perfect place to escape the midday sun, or relax at night by the gas fire pit. The crisp white ship lap on the walls and tongue and groove on the ceiling contrasts nicely with the dark wood beams.

Master closet: truly deserving of the title “master” closet, we combined two smaller closets and a sitting area to create this 15’ x 14’ space. The cabinetry was all hand built in our shop. Lots of drawers make for functionality and a clean look. The island is complete with a beverage cooler and a chandelier.

Basement remodel: For this project we remodeled and added to an existing finished basement. We demo’d much of the basement down to the studs, enlarged a small bathroom, and added an exercise room. New lighting and electrical was installed throughout the space, as well as additional heating/cooling. We installed crisp white custom trim on the walls, which contrasts nicely with the dark luxury vinyl floor. The stairs were redone with new treads, railings and balusters. We custom made a large walnut entertainment center in the main room, and a smaller one in the exercise room. The bathroom features a custom made vanity, and a beautiful tiled shower complete with frameless glass doors.

We began this kitchen remodel by framing a cantilever addition to add 2 feet to the width of the kitchen and removed interior walls to open up the space. New lighting and hardwood flooring was installed throughout the entire first floor. New cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen as well as the dining room. Tile backsplash all the way to the ceiling in the kitchen. Additionally we opened up the staircase and installed new treads, railings and balusters.

Latest project: Before and after. Swipe through to see the after. Removed the wall between the living room and kitchen. Installed and site finished hardwood flooring throughout the space. Reworked the cabinetry, fabricated some new cabinetry to match existing, and painted the upper cabinets white, and the lower cabinets a slate gray. New quartz countertops throughout the kitchen. New lighting fixtures and a new tile surround complete the transformation.
