A little Block Work on an old Terra Cotta Garage. It was struck by a car and the corner was blown out pretty good. Luckily the customer still had a few of the original Block on the property to reconstruct it. Only required one Cinder Block and lifting the structure to readjust the remains. Mortar joints where repointed as well.

I forgot to take Before photos. Not sure if you can call this a Bathroom Upgrade, more like a bathroom install. Literally a Toilet in the Basement before I started. I added a wall to seperate the Laundry Room, Installed a Drop Ceiling, Added Water Lines for the Sink, covered the Cinder Block Wall with Paneling, and Installed All Fixtures. It turned out pretty nice for starting out as just a Pittsburgh Toilet.

They sure don't make'em like the used to. Replaced this Hot Water Tank for a customer. The old one was nearly 3 decades ...

They sure don't make'em like the used to. Replaced this Hot Water Tank for a customer. The old one was nearly 3 decades old. Installed a New Tank and Re-plumbed the pipes to Accommodate an Expansion Tank as well.

I always forget to take before photos. 🤦‍♂️ Here is a nice outdoor fixture, replaced for a customer back in May.
