Our client was having trouble with their mulch washing out all over the parking lot when they got a moderate/heavy rain. This was due to there not being gutters in those areas, and the rock splash pad was not sloped or big enough. Our solution, rearrange and use the bigger rocks to creates a firm outer barrier to catch & contain all water off the roof, while also bringing in dirt to regrade the area to ensure the water runs out to the parking lot.

Clients are busy prepping their house to go on the market and let the lawn get about 11 inches tall. Called us to come to the rescue and cut/bag the property.
