Job Title: Estimator / Program Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Program Manager with at least three years of glazing experience to join our team. This position requires a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, overseeing custom glass projects from estimation through completion. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for customers and must uphold the company’s ideals of excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed project estimates for custom glass installations, including showers, railings, and storefronts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality, unique glass installations.
• Utilize CAD to create precise project designs and layouts.
• Solve challenges that arise during projects with creativity and professionalism.
• Uphold the company's reputation for excellence and integrity in every aspect of the role.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of glazing experience.
• Proficiency in CAD.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take full responsibility for outcomes.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity.
