We are proud to share that on Thursday, Design Group was honored to receive 🏆 2nd Place in the LEEP Cohort 13 Final Pitch Competition.

Our presentation focused on WaterWise Solutions by Verde and the importance of sustainable landscape transformation through California’s changing water regulations. We used the monarch butterfly as a symbol throughout the presentation — a reminder that transformation, resilience, and growth are possible, and that we can all play a role in creating positive environmental change through pollinators, water conservation, and thoughtful design. 🦋🌱

This experience challenged us to think bigger, sharpen our vision, and continue growing as a company and leadership team. More importantly, it connected us with an incredible community of entrepreneurs, mentors, judges, and business leaders throughout San Diego.

Thank you to Heights CDC, the LEEP team, judges, speakers, and supporters who invest their time and resources into helping small businesses grow and succeed.
