Our company is organized to provide all clients/owners the option of a direct source contract where a single entity, Global Building Corp, the design build firm, will directly be responsible to hire and coordinate the services of all applicable parties to design a complete and operational project based on the design criteria set forth by the client/owner. These services shall include the pre-construction planning, designing, engineering and construction related responsibilities. Basically, you tell us what you want and we’ll hand over the keys at the end.
