We Now Offer Custom Railing Fabrication and Installations, Railing Repairs, and Restorations....

It was only a matter of time, as with a lot of the masonry repair we do for clients, railings are involved in the equation... and, the cost of quality pre-fab steel/iron or custom composite railings is INSANELY expensive (before installation costs, the last client spent 8k at cost on the railings of their choosing, for 2 sections only 3' long each!) And, any available at a reasonable cost are completely unacceptable, low quality, paper thin mild steep components, cheap aluminum bases, and terrible construction by whoever manufacturers this garbage, en masse! So, as we will not install cheap, low quality, garbage (or, we politely decline the project, we take pride in our work!) We started repairing original wrought iron, and progressed to full replacement sections/components to match existing original railings, and now, we are offering full custom Railing fabrication and installation. We have a wrought iron and steel supplier who both offer in house forged components that make the possibilities almost endless (as long as you can imagine it, live looking at it for life. And, afford it, although, that's typically the easiest part for most of our clients.. God Bless Them All!)

SO, brick, concrete, stone, and/or block steps, walkways, landings, etc in need of repair? That's our thing...

and, If the railings need some help or to be replaced, that's our thing now too!

Also, if you are curious about the individual services we offer, and haven't done so already, check out our newly added "Our Services Page." The next pages to be added will be an FAQ section and a page listing and explaining each of our consultation and project management services we offer, which as stated earlier, are being slowly added one by one to the website to allow online booking and payment of each service!

Another beautiful result for an amazed and grateful client! Natural Bluestone Landing Patio, all stones were cut to size and faced by hand, and laid with a custom blended mortar mix. A base was constructed using concrete blocks filled with Very Rapid Setting Commercial Grade Concrete mix. The remainder being fully composed of locally sourced, hand shaped, natural bluestone. The client loved the original bluestone landing patio, but the structure was disintegrating from the inside out, and becoming both unsightly and dangerous. Per request, a new landing patio, of natural bluestone, the same dimensions of the original was constructed completely by my two hands... with only hammers, chisels, a mortar hoe/wheelbarrow, and trowels... and, a large amount of hard work and sweat!
