Hello DCC Facebook Family and Supporters, we have been made aware that our customer service may not be meeting expectations. Earlier today, a potential customer posted a comment on one of our advertising campaigns stating the following: “Not Reliable, doesn’t call when he says he will”. Firstly, we apologize to this customer for the inconvenience caused by DCC and have reached out to resolve this issue.
I am using this platform as a public service announcement to acknowledge that DCC is a growing business that has experienced a high volume of interest since the start of the year. We have identified that our current system for managing calls and emails is inadequate. We WILL DO BETTER as we move forward. We kindly request that interested customers be patient with our response system. We have ambitious plans for this year, and our top priority is to ensure that our customers do not experience any lack of communication. We take pride in our commitment to exceptional customer service and craftsmanship in our industry.
