Our processing crews are critical to our efficiency everyday. Without proper moisture conditioning and compaction we are not able to place the next lift of material in the fill. These crews are typically the first ones onsite to setup water and open up the fills. They often stay late, after the scrapers have left, to process the last lift of material that the scrapers placed the previous day. Thanks for all the hard work and long hours!

Daily tasks as a Scraper Operator:
- Spend most days safely running 631E or 627G scrapers on projects across the Colorado Front Range
- Learn to read grade stakes and construct projects with our team
- Work well with a team of operators and assist on the ground if your scraper is down for maintenance and/or repairs.

Prerequisites:
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Willingness to learn how to operate a scraper and listen to directions
- Ability to travel to/from projects on a daily basis
