This home has been a labor of love. Professional pics to come, but for now we have turned over a beautiful new home to our brother and his family just in time for Christmas. They moved in over the weekend and the first thing to go up was the Christmas tree! This property is in the neighborhood we grew up in, where our Dad still lives, and within walking distance to my house. We are so happy we live so close again! Love you. ❤️

After almost 3 long months, we are officially moving back into our office today! New carpet was installed over the weekend to complement the new drywall, windows and paint. Let’s see if we can keep it clean. Ha!

Hi customers and friends…we are all okay! This storm was the real deal…the worst Brad and I have ever seen as native Floridians. The good news is our homes under construction had minimal damage- some missing cap shingles and a couple lanais with drywall damage.

The bad news is, this comes at a time when we are already stretched for supplies and man power. The devastation in the area is widespread and will take a long time to repair.

We have no power, water, internet or cell service in the Englewood area at this time so please have patience with us. Our office building had the windows blown out due to a change in pressure and will be working out of our color room for now. Texting is the best way to reach us but I only get messages occasionally.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time! Hopefully we will see some version of normalcy with utilities back in place sooner rather than later.
