For this Port Charlotte renovation, we focused on both comfort and lasting quality—creating a refreshed outdoor space that feels inviting, safer to move around, and easier to enjoy with family and friends.
This project included resurfacing the pool and spa, installing new glass tile and mosaic pebble finishes, and adding distinctive travertine coping. We also upgraded the deck and lanai with travertine for a clean, seamless look throughout the outdoor space.
Behind the scenes, we replumbed the equipment system and added a variable-speed pump, automation, air blower, and new pool light. To improve drainage, we installed wider deco drains and rerouted them for better water flow. The screen enclosure was also raised, repainted, and prepared for panoramic screening.
