CP&M is well versed with the necessity to prioritize reconstruction or renovation projects with pragmatic, knowledgeable advice for industry professionals, attorneys, HOA managers and board members. We work diligently with either your project engineer, or on our own, to find solutions for the preservation of your community that fit restrictive budgets and maximizes property value. Our principals and employees have extensive experience in project evaluation, property acquisition & disposition, subdivision entitlement, community development, construction and renovation.
