Jaqui and I had the opportunity to attend an event with Tatiana Argüello, President and General Manager of Telemundo Colorado and Telemundo Utah, and it was such an inspiring experience.

As a successful Latina leader, Tatiana has accomplished so much in her career, but what impressed us just as much was how kind, genuine, and generous she was with her time. She took the time to talk with us about her life, her journey, and some of the experiences and lessons that have contributed to her success.

There is something really special about seeing successful women — especially Latina women in leadership — support and encourage others by openly sharing what they’ve learned along the way.

We left feeling inspired, grateful, and very appreciative of the time she spent with us. ❤️
