It's that time of year to start booking leaf clean ups to prevent pests, trim limbs before they put on leaves and get your OCD lawnscaping lined up for the spring!

O.C.D. stands for Obedient Christian Disciples.

Lawnscaping is a term we like to use because our ideal customer is someone that enjoys their property and want's it to feel a certain way and not just "keep it knocked down". You don't have to be a lawnscape type person for us to serve you but that is the type of person we aim to please.

A lot of our customers work in their own yards but by allowing us to take care of the basics, they are allowed to spend their time and energy on taking it to the next level. Since we're working together on the same property we can communicate and strategize and multiply the efforts. Rarely do we just mow and dip out without talking to our customers. Our competition looks at that 30 min conversation as money lost on getting to the next yard but that is not our model.

We feel that Collations 3:23 is the standard to go off of no matter the situation. Period..Just that simple.

Everyone at OCD Lawnscaping has a daytime job so all work will be done in the evenings and weekends. Because of that, please messages on FB so that multiple eyes can see and respond. From 8am - 5pm M-F we will answer as soon as we are clocked out.

We're not looking to book 100's of customers but just the ones who pay attention to detail and care about the OCD touch.

We're not trying to be the cheapest or have the most customers, we just want to be the best and most consistent.

Our ideal customer is someone who:

- wants their lawnscape tended to weekly (bi-weekly during slow growth).

- Bags their clippings.

- likes sharp edges done with a blade, clean walkways and no growth that further damages cracks and seems of pavement/concrete.

- waters, feeds and treats their lawn for weeds.

- Someone who likes to have umbrellaed trees (lifted to at least 6' so that they can be walked under and have a clean bases)

- Is going to able to put their pets away before service.

- OR just needs help because they're in a difficult place in life but doesn't mind if we pray with them and over their property and we'll figure out how to "square up" whenever the Lord provides. We're still going to do the same job we'd do for a million dollar property (see Collatians 3:23)
