Man we have been fighting the weather on this one ! The owner said I want it cleaned up and useable for a few cattle and to look beautiful. So we did exactly that !
We started out repairing his damn where it was running over and adjusting the spillway. Then we move to the waterhole and broke the damn and drained it . Move beyond the fence and mulched the back half of his property that he hadn’t seen . We moved to the front and stripped , graded and prepped for seed . Once the waterhole dried we graded and prepped for seed . Then we seeded 100 pounds per acre of Bermuda seed . Then we rip rapped the culvert water ways , spillway and backside of the damn . Then we layed base down on the damn and the roads .
This one was a lot of work but came out amazing!
