This old failing deck is going bye bye. Actually was unsafe with termite destroyed posts. We’re going to replace with a brand new design. Demo is done. Stay tuned

We still find time to take care of the small jobs. They had to replace their water main and wanted to frame up a small section of wall for added protection.

Out in Harmony Mountain Ranch we remodeled the back patio door from a 36” to a 42” wide door.

Here we installed some LVP flooring in a couple bedrooms after the carpet got soaked and ruined. Owner pulled out the carpet and wanted us to put in LVP.

Do you have rusting window wells? It’s probably much worse than you think on the dirt side. Improperly mounted wells along with improperly backfill methods often lead to unwanted corrosion and rusting out. Not many outfits will do jobs like this. I’m thrilled we were able to get this done the optimal way for this homeowner. We’re changing out three of them.

Owner wanted a larger back slider. Removed the old one. Reframed everything to fit the new larger one. The low E glass is awesome too. Perfect match on the drywall texture and paint. Another rewarding and satisfying project.

What do you do when you change your mind and decide you want the addition to be a second unit rental and the city now says there must be a firewall between the units? You have ACHI come and do an outside the box build to get it done. Try moving a 40’ wall that weighs about 3500 pounds 4 feet into position against the 1st unit. See if you can figure out why we had to off set build it then move it. It’s an engineered 2hr firewall. Not the sexiest reel I’ll admit. Still to come, the double layer drywall all the way up to the roof deck.

Whether it’s a single room in the basement or the entire basement we’ve got you covered. In this case the owner realized they should have finished out this last room. It turned out great! As always. We’re glad to have had the privilege of building it. We love our clients!

The homeowner had Legacy put in some LVP flooring which is awesome and turned out nice. However, the installers wouldn’t reinstall the toilet. So we went back for a little extra mile customer service and put the toilet back gratis.

A shower remodel we just finished up today. Flexstone has a pretty cool system of shower components. We’ve done 3 now using Flexstone products. Client is super thrilled.
