🚧Project Update🚧

Crews have been busy, in conjunction with Morgan Paving,Inc., on a large parking lot and front apron replacement at Northeast Fire and Rescue’s Station 3 in midtown Enola. Our crews have completed a large retaining wall, new water retention lines, sewer/water lines, and some various excavation projects prior to being this far into the project.

🚧Progress Update🚧

Crews have been BUSY at both Marysville new builds! Siding has been started on the outside while interior trim and doors have been completed yesterday for the one. Paint is next!

For the other house, windows and doors have been installed and rough-in electric/HVAC/plumbing to be completed this upcoming week, in preparation for insulation and drywall.

🚧🚧Progress Update🚧🚧

Rough framing has been completed with rough mechanicals being installed!

Exterior finishes, including garage doors, have been installed✔️ thanks to Hershey Door Service. Shingles to be finished shortly. Windows, doors, and other exterior finishes like siding/soffit/fascia are on the schedule to be completed in the near future!

W.E.B. Contracting has been busy the last few months! Some of the larger projects lately include two, two-story single-family specs homes. Both are in the framing stages with windows, doors and rough mechanicals coming soon! 🔨

SNEAK PEAK! We’ve been hard at work since our last update! While Mother Nature is derailing our efforts to plant grass, it’s given us time to put the finishing touches on the interior of our latest spec home. Here’s a pre-market sneak peak at the inside of this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home in East Pennsboro. Priced below $250,000 so this should sell quick, so if you know someone who may be interested please share or tag!

This project started out with leveling the customers back yard but also keeping a slight swale in their back yard. Today we finished this project and will be growing grass in no time! Below are some before and after pictures.
