We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to fill our full time positions.

Job Description:

Duties include general customer service, store restocking, cleaning, cashiering, and possible yard labor. Our ideal candidate is dedicated, honest, hard working, trainable, and has a flexible schedule. (All employees work a MANDATORY every other Saturday shift - if you are unable to do so please apply elsewhere)

Job Requirements:

- Must have good customer service skills
- Must be able to lift at least 40-50 lbs regularly
- Must have a valid drivers license and pass a drug screening test
- We are a small team and rely on each other to be successful. For you that means you are willing and able to follow directions and show up to work on time.
- This job is fundamentally customer service. We value teammates who are able to focus their attention on the customer and limit cell phone use to emergencies.
- Honesty is the best policy at Hermansen's!
