This project was a part of an entire first floor remodel that completely changed the way our clients can enjoy their home.

We removed an existing window and transformed the space by installing a new exterior door that leads to a rooftop deck. What was once just a wall with a view is now a functional outdoor space.

Projects like this are a great reminder that sometimes the biggest impact comes from reimagining how a space can be used.

Thinking outside the box (or in this case, outside the window 😉) is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

This project was one of our most recent, biggest and exciting renovations. What started as a traditional first-floor layout became a completely reimagined living space designed to better fit our clients’ needs and lifestyle.

We relocated the kitchen to what was once the living room, creating a more functional and open gathering space. The former kitchen was transformed into a brand-new bathroom and laundry room, maximizing every square foot of the home. To make it all work, we removed two load-bearing walls and installed the necessary structural supports to create the open-concept layout our clients envisioned.

Seeing it all come together is why we love what we do.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately—and honestly, that’s usually a sign that things are going really well.

The past several months have been filled with some incredible projects, and when we’re busy bringing our clients’ visions to life, social media tends to take a back seat. For that, we’re incredibly grateful.

Two of our recent projects involved complete first-floor remodels and redesigns, transforming these homes from the ground up. Because these renovations were so extensive, we’re going to share them with you one space at a time.

First up: one of the bathrooms.

Behind every beautiful bathroom… is plumbing that almost broke us😅
After tackling some seriously stubborn plumbing issues, this space finally came together—and we’re so glad it did. Clean, fresh, and completely worth it. ✨

We have been remodeling and changing the floor plan of the entire first floor of this home for the past couple of months and we are loving all of the upgrades! There is nothing better than when our clients give us creative freedom on some projects too. We decided that the TV wall in the entertainment space needed to be a statement piece. We created it using tile we hand traced, laid and accented with backlights🤩 Check out the before video in our story to see the full transformation.

UPDATE on our current remodel!

We love nothing more than rearranging an entire floor plan to make it more functional! Now that section one is done, we move on to section two - dinning room, game room and hallway.
