As our operations expand, we are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to strengthen our administrative, scheduling, and communication systems.
Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, support field teams, manage documentation, and maintain organized workflows across multiple projects. This role requires previous office management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day office operations and administrative workflow
• Maintain job files, proposals, contracts, and digital documentation
• Support scheduling for field crews, subcontractors, and project timelines
• Coordinate communication between leadership, field teams, suppliers, and clients
• Assist with invoicing, estimating support, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Oversee onboarding paperwork, HR documentation, and compliance files
• Track materials, purchase orders, and vendor correspondence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Lead
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and digital filing systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under deadlines
• Professional communication skills—written and verbal
• High level of reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in construction, electrical, or general contracting industries
• Familiarity with job tracking, estimating support, or project management workflows
• Ability to support leadership with reporting and documentation
