In all honesty though, I'm grateful for the weather watchers and the emergency teams who sent notifications! Even if worse case scenario didn't happen!

Who else went out and watched the storm and listened to that delicious thunder?? That's my FAVORITE part of a storm!!

We are glad it DIDN'T turn out to be worse, and especially grateful that the expected 2" hail didn't happen because can you IMAGINE selling all these cars after that??

🚗 Ever wonder what our auction process looks like? 🤔

🗓 Monday:
Brandon scrolls the auction website, researching vehicles, printing his "must-see" list...
Rachael starts panicking. 😅

🗓 Tuesday:
Brandon heads to the auction and drives every vehicle he can.
Rachael continues panicking. 😬

🗓 Wednesday (Auction Day):
We watch auction together.
Brandon buys vehicles.
Rachael watches the money disappear... and panics professionally. 💸😂

🗓 Thursday:
The vehicles start arriving.
Brandon either breathes a sigh of relief 😌... or invents a few new words. 🤬
Rachael either panics or takes the day off.

🗓 Friday & Saturday:
Brandon washes, details, test drives, photographs, and lists the vehicles.
Rachael tries to sell as much as she can before the next auction... while quietly panicking. 🤪

So... anyone notice a pattern? 😂

The truth is, Brandon is incredible at finding great vehicles and making sure they're ready for the lot. My job? Keeping the budget in check, answering messages, helping customers, and apparently... making sure someone worries enough for the both of us. 😅

So if you've ever visited our little dealership and thought, "It must be so nice to own your own business..."

Just know... One of us is making excellent business decisions.

The other one is stress-testing her cardiovascular system so the business stays balanced. 😂

That's life at a Mom & Pop dealership... and we truthfully wouldn't have it any other way.

Feeling the need to post this today....

LISTEN...

We LOVE helping people find the right vehicle. ❤️

We're the dealership that says:
✅ "Take it for another drive."
✅ "Go home and think about it."
✅ "Bring someone with you for an additional opinion."
✅ "Take it to someone for a pre-purchase inspection."
✅ "Sleep on it."

Why? Because we'd rather you be excited and confident about your purchase than feel like you were rushed into it.

We're also happy to answer questions after the sale and help however we reasonably can. Just because you drove off the lot doesn't mean we're disappearing into the witness protection program. 😆

BUT...

If you get home and decide, "You know what? I think I actually wanted the blue one..." or "My neighbor says I should've bought a truck instead..." or "Mercury is in retrograde and I've changed my mind..." 🤷‍♀️
..that's not something we can take the vehicle back for.

Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and we encourage everyone to take their time before signing. Ask questions. Test drive it. Bring your best friend, your uncle, your dog (for real...we love ALL the animals 😅). We want you to be confident in your decision.

So please don't mistake our kindness and willingness to help after the sale as a "30-day change-your-mind program." 😄

We're a small family dealership, not a library—you can't check out a car and return it after you've decided it wasn't your favorite chapter.
