🧂 OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES
• Sidewalk Clearing — $15
• Stair Clearing — $10
• Salt Application — $20 per application
These services are charged separately from driveway snowblowing unless otherwise agreed upon.
🚨 IMPORTANT — SAME-DAY & EMERGENCY SERVICE FEES
Mammoth Outdoor Services prioritizes customers who are already scheduled on our winter service routes.
We understand that unexpected snowstorms happen, and sometimes homeowners need immediate assistance.
However, accepting an unscheduled request may require us to interrupt our existing service route, travel additional distances, and temporarily delay our regularly scheduled customers.
For that reason:
⚠️ NON-CUSTOMER SAME-DAY REQUESTS: +$25
Anyone who is NOT an existing Mammoth Outdoor Services customer and requests same-day service will be charged an additional $25 on top of the applicable snowblowing price.
🚨 EMERGENCY / DURING-STORM / LATE-NIGHT REQUESTS: +$50–$70
Emergency service requests are subject to an additional $50–$70 charge, depending on the urgency, conditions, and disruption to our scheduled routes.
These fees help cover additional fuel, travel, equipment operation, and the costs associated with rearranging our existing customer schedule.
OUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS COME FIRST!
Emergency requests are accepted only when conditions and availability permit. Payment of an additional fee does not guarantee immediate service.
