Unfortunately, truck issues prevented us from completing some of the scheduled jobs this week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while we get everything back on track.
📅 Customers who were scheduled this week are being pushed back to next weekend. We will be reaching out to affected customers directly to confirm their updated service dates.
We understand that nobody likes having their service delayed, and we appreciate your understanding while we work through the issue. Our goal is to get everyone taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible once we're back up and running.

Important Schedule Update from Mammoth Outdoor Services

Hello everyone,
I wanted to let all of my valued clients know about an important change to my mowing schedule.
I recently accepted a full-time position, and because of my new work schedule, all Mammoth Outdoor Services appointments will now be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays only.
This change allows me to continue serving my customers while balancing my new career. My commitment to providing dependable, high-quality service has not changed—only the days I'll be servicing properties.
If your normal mowing day falls during the week, I'll be reaching out to coordinate a new weekend time that works within my route. I appreciate your patience as I make this transition.

📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM MAMMOTH OUTDOOR SERVICES 🦣🌿

I've had a few people ask about an older post advertising $30 lawn mowing, so I wanted to clear things up.

The $30 rate was a limited-time promotional special offered during a slower part of the season for very small, already-maintained weekly lawns. That promotion has ended and is no longer available.

As Mammoth Outdoor Services has grown, so have the costs of operating a professional business. Fuel, equipment maintenance, insurance, replacement parts, and other business expenses all play a role in setting our pricing. Our current 2026 rates reflect those costs while allowing us to continue providing reliable, quality service.

✅ Current customers will keep their existing agreed-upon pricing. 🆕 All new customers will receive pricing based on our current 2026 rate schedule.

I truly appreciate everyone who has supported my small business. Every customer who trusts Mammoth Outdoor Services means a lot to me, and I look forward to continuing to serve the Erie area with dependable, professional lawn care.

As Mammoth Outdoor Services continues to grow, I've taken a close look at the increasing costs of fuel, equipment maintenance, insurance, and operating expenses to ensure I can continue providing reliable, professional lawn care.
Effective immediately for all NEW customers, Mammoth Outdoor Services will be using the updated 2026 pricing shown below.

✅ Current Customers
If you are already an established weekly or bi-weekly customer, your current pricing will remain the same for the remainder of the 2026 season. This is my way of thanking you for your continued loyalty and support.

🌱 New Customers
All new customers requesting service will be quoted using the updated pricing schedule.

⭐ First-Time Service Policy
As always, first-time lawn services are billed at 2× the routine maintenance rate. Once enrolled in a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule, you'll receive the standard maintenance rate.

📢 Important Notice to All Mammoth Outdoor Services Clients

Dear Valued Customers,

First, I would like to sincerely thank each of you for choosing Mammoth Outdoor Services. Your support has helped my business continue to grow, and I truly appreciate every customer I have the privilege of serving.

I would also like to remind everyone of an important policy that has been in place since the very first day Mammoth Outdoor Services opened.
Payment has always been due immediately upon completion of your service.

This has never meant later that day, later that evening, or the following day. Payment has always been expected immediately after the job has been completed.

Unfortunately, an increase in late payments and overdue invoices has resulted in significant financial losses for my business. Fuel, equipment maintenance, insurance, and operating expenses must be paid whether customer payments are received on time or not. In order to continue providing dependable and professional service, the following policies will now be strictly enforced.

💵 Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

⏰ Late Payment Policy
3 days past due: $30.00 late fee
10 days past due: Additional $30.00 late fee

🚫 Service Suspension
Any customer with an unpaid balance will have all future services suspended until the outstanding balance and any applicable late fees have been paid in full.

⚖️ Collections
Accounts remaining unpaid after 30 days may be referred for collection or civil recovery if necessary.

These policies are not intended to inconvenience
anyone. They are necessary to protect Mammoth Outdoor Services and ensure I can continue providing reliable, professional lawn care to every customer.

🦣 Mammoth Outdoor Services – First-Time Service Policy Reminder 🌱

I'd like to remind everyone that this has been Mammoth Outdoor Services' policy since day one.
All first-time lawn services are priced higher than recurring maintenance services.

Why? Because I've never serviced your property before. The first visit requires extra time to inspect the property, establish a maintenance baseline, identify hidden obstacles, and account for additional fuel and equipment wear.

After the initial service:
✅ Weekly customers move to the regular weekly rate.

✅ Biweekly customers move to the regular biweekly rate.

Example:
• Weekly maintenance: $30 → First visit: $60 • Biweekly maintenance: $45 → First visit: $90 •

Larger properties are priced according to size and conditions.
This policy allows me to continue providing reliable, professional service while protecting my equipment and keeping long-term maintenance pricing affordable for my regular clients.
