Yesterday we had the pleasure of celebrating Matthew’s birthday!

Matt has been a valued part of Absorb & Restore for nearly a year, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him on our team. From day one, he’s shown up with a positive attitude, a smile on his face, and a willingness to learn and grow every single day. His strong work ethic and dedication don’t go unnoticed.

Over the past year, Matt has earned his Master Air Duct Cleaning Certification and is now working toward his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification, continuing to invest in his skills so he can better serve our customers.

Matt, thank you for everything you do for our team and our customers. We’re proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far, and we’re excited to see what this next year has in store for you.

Our customer reached out because they were experiencing itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, sniffling, and other allergy-like symptoms while spending time inside their home. While many things can contribute to indoor allergy symptoms, dirty HVAC ductwork can allow dust and other debris to circulate throughout the home.

Today, our team had the opportunity to help a homeowner who was frustrated with one thing many families deal with—dust that kept coming back no matter how often they cleaned.

Matthew and Sullivan completed a thorough air duct cleaning using our RotoBrush Beast DR, removing years of dust and debris from the home’s HVAC system to help improve indoor air quality and create a cleaner, healthier living environment.

A huge thank you to 814 Digital for spending the day with us and documenting the entire process. They were an awesome group to work with, brought great energy, and made the day a lot of fun.

🚨 ERIE… you’re NOT going to believe what our technicians found inside an air vent today during an air duct cleaning. 🐍😳

No, seriously.

The guys removed a vent cover expecting dust buildup…

…and found a LIVE SNAKE staring back at them. 😅

We always ask customers to please put pets away before we arrive for duct cleaning…

Apparently this homeowner forgot about one. 😂

All jokes aside, this is actually a great reminder why routine air duct cleaning matters. Your ductwork can collect:
