This unit is a rebuilt stick for a Liebherr LH50 material handler. The repair addressed a tear-out caused when a pin walked out between the stick and boom.

Our rebuild process included:

Inspection and repair of the internal webbing structure

Base structural repair followed by reinforcement plate installation

Line boring to restore proper alignment

Installation of new bushings

Replacement of hydraulic hoses and quick coupler fittings

Not every shipment is a major component. Many of the parts we supply every day are the smaller items that keep your equipment running.

This recent order included a belt tensioner (P/N 9887461) for the following Liebherr models: 904, 904C, 914B, 914C, 924, 924B, 924C, 934B, 934C, 944B, 944C, 954C, LH30, LH40, LH50, LH60, and LH80. The shipment also included a new belt (P/N 11005218) and hex screw (P/N 11656160) so the customer had everything needed for a complete installation.

Equipment Reuse International provides fully rebuilt hydraulic cylinders to help customers restore performance and minimize downtime.

This unit is a rebuilt boom cylinder (P/N 9611790) for the Liebherr A944C. This cylinder is specifically designed for 944C machines.

We supply many rebuilt cylinders as swap-out units with core returns. Each cylinder is fully disassembled and inspected inside and out. Depending on condition and requirements, our rebuild process may include:

Chrome plating or remanufacturing the rod

Honing the cylinder bore

Replacing tubes as needed

Installing new internal seal kits, bushings, and radial seals

Finishing with a professional paint application

To protect the component during transit, many of our cylinders ship on returnable metal skids. In our experience, LTL shipping conditions can be tough on heavy components, and the metal skid with proper strapping helps ensure a safer, problem-free delivery to your facility.
