Winter doesn’t have to mean hitting pause. ❄️

We just wrapped up this custom pergola, stone path, and boulder retaining wall—and we love taking advantage of Colorado’s nice winter days for hardscape projects like this. Cooler temps, fewer disruptions, and progress you can see right away.

The bones are in place now, and we can’t wait to return in the spring to layer in planting and watch this space really come to life 🌿🌷🌻🌲.

We’re revisiting our landscape installations from last season to check on plant health and replace anything that didn’t make it through winter (thanks to our warranty program!).

This backyard retreat is filling in beautifully—it's always rewarding to see how these spaces grow into themselves and how much joy they bring to the homeowners. We loved designing this cozy patio surrounded by evergreens, boulders, and colorful foliage.
