Employee Spotlight: Meet Bob! 🛠️❄️

If you’ve ever seen our crews out in the field making properties look pristine, you’re seeing the results of Bob’s hard work. Bob is the small engine repair mechanic who keeps Estate Services running smoothly behind the scenes, maintaining everything from our mowers and trimmers to custom equipment.

Bob is a lifelong fixer, repairman, and fabricator who can build or mend just about anything. Before bringing his talents to the landscaping industry, he successfully owned and operated his own electric repair shop for 15 years.

So, how did he join the green industry? It actually started with white winters! 17 years ago, driven by his love for the snow, Bob decided he wanted to plow. That passion introduced him to landscaping, he fell in love with the business, and he never looked back.

Bob has been a vital part of the Estate Services family for 7 years now. When asked why he loves working here, he points to our great company atmosphere, the fact that it's just a genuinely good place to be, and—of course—that the boss totally rocks! 🎸
