Saying goodbye to our First Ave house. After a fire on the back portion of the house in November, it was heavily discussed whether or not to rebuild. A good portion of the home was still in great condition. Overall, the decision was made to demo the home and sell the lot. Sad day for me, letting go of a project I had high hopes for, but sometimes you have to know when to fold.
