Sylvester Roofing is proud to be part of the Fox Point Farms project in Encinitas. All of the commercial and agricultural building metal roofing, gutters, and downspouts were recently completed in anticipation of the Spring 2024 opening.

Fox Point Farms is a new mixed-use neighborhood located minutes from the beach. Coined an "Agrihood” community, residents in the 250 new residential units and in the surrounding neighborhoods will enjoy organic farmland, restaurants, event space, and communal amenities.

Sylvester Roofing was chosen by our partner Dempsey Construction for all metal standing seam roofing, gutters and downspouts on the commercial buildings.

Safety Week took us down south today to our San Diego office for lunch and a Safety Week demo with our Trade partners. Joey Krys from Professional Contractor Supply taught us all about Fall Protection, and we look forward to taking what we learned back to our jobsites.

Sylvester Roofing was chosen by our partner Barnhart Reese Construction for an end-to-end reroofing of the 40-year old roofing system and all related metal roofing work.

The Quad Building project consists of the construction of a new, multi-level, educational building located on the Santa Fe Christian Schools campus in Solana Beach. The Quad Building represents the largest single project to be completed on the Santa Fe Christian campus to date.

Sylvester Roofing was chosen by our partner Dempsey Construction for multiple roofing systems on The Quad project, including a TPO roofing system and a clay “S” tile roofing system, and all metal roofing work.

Encinitas Union School District (EUSD) chose Sylvester Roofing as the primary contractor to complete a re-roofing clay tile system of the two-building district office campus.

We are proud to have partnered with commercial builder Clayco to roof the new Amazon fulfillment center in Otay Mesa, CA, with a TPO roofing system.

Spanning over 3.4 million sq ft of office and warehouse space, this is noted as the current largest building in San Diego county.

Sylvester Roofing constructed a TPO roofing system over the 3.4million sq ft Amazon warehouse distribution & fulfillment center in Otay Mesa, CA.

The MUSE is a three-building Class A life science campus offering 186,000sq ft of flexible lab, office space, and modern amenities situated on the iconic hillside of Torrey Pines in coastal San Diego.

The new campus design was led by our partners at Rudolph and Sletten, and we were proudly part of this project for our expertise in full tear-off of existing roofing on all three buildings, new PVC roofing systems and new rooftop deck on each building.

The MUSE at Torrey Pines consists of three Class A buildings installed with PVC membrane roofing systems and wood and concrete rooftop decks.

The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa's newest ballroom, Costa de la Luna, was completed in 2020.

We are proud to have been part of bringing this beautiful 30,000sq indoor/outdoor event space to the resort with an iconic Spanish-inspired architecture covered with an -S- tile roofing system over a Mechanically Fastened Carlisle Single Ply 60 mil TPO Roof membrane.

We are looking forward to seeing memorable events in the (hopefully near) future with this stunning backdrop!

The new ballroom brings an additional 30,000sq feet of event space, covered with a Single Ply 60 mil TPO Roof membrane and 1-pc Boral Red Clay -S- Tile Sloped roofing system.
