Performing a combination package of demo, grading, utilities and piles ADEI can shift additional manpower to other scopes of work while the majority of the site is drying out from rain events. This keeps the project moving forward where otherwise it could be standing still.

The color and level of sculpting was chosen by the owner of the project and this application method allows for a large creativity level. There were multiple different styles throughout the site to match the aesthetics of the buildings nearby.

ADEI working under groundwater conditions, limited site access installing a design build foundation system. Just another day at the beach for ADEI. ADEI used a Continuous flight Auger method to install foundation piles for a custom residence through groundwater and limited space conditions. The site was barely wide enough to turn and spin off soil from the auger. The tight residential streets meant we had to work while respecting the access requirements of the other residents of the area.
