Dustin Sparks' path to Eleven Western Builders started in an unexpected place: commercial painting. When work slowed down in that trade, he heard about a job with EWB and made the jump. He started as a laborer picking up trash on a job, and from that project on, he never looked back.
Dustin quickly moved into Retail Services as a carpenter, learning the job on his feet. That hands-on start eventually led him to become a Superintendent, and he's been with EWB for over 10 years now. He's a professional painter by trade, a damn good carpenter, and now he's a superintendent running jobs around the world and absolutely loving it.
