Job Summary: laborers perform the prep work. Covering, building staging as necessary, moving hoses, adjusting the machine, scraping foam and clean up. Everyone works as a team keeping in mind safety, customer satisfaction, and ensuring the product is installed properly to the required depth.
Pay is $20-22.50hr. $500 hiring incentive after 6 months.

Job Summary: Spray Foam Installer is responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Products include closed cell Spray Foam insulation, JM Spider Blown Fiberglass, Cellulose, Roxul, fiberglass, and Fire Proofing. The Crew Leader and all employees are also responsible for observing and following all OSHA and Company Safety policies and procedures.
The Spray foam installer is the crew leader and is in charge of 1 or 2 Laborers on a given job site. The laborers perform the prep work. Covering, building staging as necessary, moving hoses, adjusting the machine, scrapping foam and clean up. Everyone works as a team keeping in mind safety, customer satisfaction, and ensuring the product is installed properly to the required depth.
Pay is $20-26hr. Depending on experience.
