We replaced this roof on a rental house in Gresham. We did an attic inspection prior and noticed about 8 sheets of damaged plywood. Upon removing the shingles we ended up having to replace 18 sheets of plywood. Some damage isn’t always able to be seen until you open up a roof. We added a lot of extra venting to help keep constant airflow in the attic. Most older houses don’t have the appropriate intake or exhaust ventilation. Glad we could give these customers a 40 year roof that they won’t have to worry about for a very long time.

Roof replacements are in full swing. Feel free to reach out for a free quote. This was a house we did in Hillsboro. 2 story house with very limited access points but we managed to take care of it and leave with a very happy customer.

We helped out a customer up on Mt.Hood who had a tree come down onto their new house. Upon opening up the roof, to patch holes, we discovered a very poor installation job that would have been prone to leaks. The ventilation holes weren’t properly cut, nails we placed next to shingle edges, and underlayment wasn’t properly installed up the edges. We replaced all the plastic vents, with metal and corrected all the mistakes in the areas we had to replace.

Back in September we replaced the roof at Tiny Timbers Daycare in Estacada. After tearing the old roof off, we added a lot of plywood and also change the pitch of the roof in some areas. It was originally constructed with a very flat section leaving puddles on the roof during the rain.
