Did an 8 square siding job about two months ago. Had to remove aluminum siding and old fiberboard. Installed 7/16” OSB sheeting and new vinyl siding. Also installed aluminum coil at bottom of the sheeting to prevent water from rotting the OSB at the bottom.

Laundry room and office. The layout was decided by the homeowner, minor changes were made as the process went in.
In the first 4 pictures, installed shiplap and cabinets in the laundry area. I built and installed the 6” base for under the washer/dryer combo. I also added an additional outlet directly behind the washer/dryer.
The remaining pictures were off the office. The walls were blank when I started. I installed the shiplap and cabinets with countertops, ran wiring and installed the outlet behind the wine fridge, moved the dual outlet and coax cable up above the cabinet to the left, rounded the countertops, built an enclosure around and above the wine fridge, and added the crown molding.
The homeowner chose to paint herself.

Water heater replacement.
Booth water heaters are hybrids. I removed the GE with the top cold entrance and hot exit.
I replaced it with the Raheem Proterra. I had to extend the cold line to enter at the bottom side of the water heater.
This unit requires a 2 gallon per day condensation pump, which I installed and ran the line outside. I did not take a picture of that.
Even though this unit was brand new, I had to replace the faulty blower off valve as well. It was leaking no sooner than the water filled up to it.

500 Sq ft of tile ran through kitchen, laundry, and office.
Island had to be moved with dollies, to get tile under it. Island was re-set 10 inches from original location. Electric and gas disconnected and reconnected.

Installed this fence using the majority of the existing posts. There were two posts that were rotted at the bottom and needed replaced. There were 4 posts that were cut and needed the stubs and concrete removed to replace new. There were 4 posts that needed to be dug out some to be leveled and then concerted back in.
