This walkway was broke- the walkway collars that the pin rides on has served its life expectancy. So cut all the old off and replaced with a double wall collar and re-pinned and retightened the cables, customer is very pleased with the results. The storm damage repairs continues. This dock lost 2 floats on the walkway side and almost ripped the walkway away from the dock. Repaired it to live another day. 2 new floats under dock and 1 under walkway, re-attached the roof on the lake side. Well Mother Nature and the wind did a some damage in this dock! It was logistically challenging to get equipment to the dock, but the guys figured out a way to get it done. They added a new cable anchor and took it off of the walkway perch, rebuilt the walkway perch, and poured much needed concrete around the walkway perch to hold and secure the metal work in the ground for years to come. The project at Mainstay HOA is finally complete on this stage. We have rebuilt 2 older docks, refloated, redecked with new flooring and made several weld repairs. We also added roof metal to an old sailboat slip and new trex material on decking. We will be moving to the next stage, which is walkways and underwater brace repair for all docks. A little winter project is in the books and they are off to the next one. The guys refloated this dock last year. This year they did a redeck of floor joists, new envision flooring , and new rubrail.
