Once the plan, budget, and timeline are set, the next step is heading to the bank. This is where construction financing gets finalized so the build can officially move forward.
If you don’t already have a lender you work with, our preferred lender is Curtis Schartz with Prime Lending. Having a lender who understands construction loans helps keep the process moving and avoids delays along the way.
