This project was all about giving an older roof a fresh, reliable upgrade that’s built to handle the Pacific Northwest weather with ease.

The homeowner chose a low-slope metal roofing system designed specifically for gentle pitches, helping water move off the roof smoothly while adding long-term durability and peace of mind.

We also took care of the transition between the main house and the carport so everything ties together cleanly as one continuous system.

During inspection, we found a pipe boot that wasn’t quite the right size, and we’ll be correcting it to make sure everything is sealed up tight and protected for the long haul.

Throughout the entire roof, we installed Ice and Water Shield as the primary underlayment to create a strong, continuous moisture barrier against rain and moisture.

The end result is a clean, upgraded roof the homeowner can feel confident in for years to come, built the Klaus way with care, clarity, and longevity in mind.
