Pattern, scale, grout lines, accent details, and how the tile transitions from floor to wall contribute to the feel of the space. In this 1910 warehouse loft remodel, those elements were carefully selected to honor the character of the original building while creating a fresh, modern bathroom.

For others, it's where kids do homework, friends gather, or conversations linger long after dinner. Size, shape, storage, seating, and materials are all tailored to support the way each family lives. A well-designed island is planned as part of the overall kitchen, balancing function, circulation, and the character of the home.

This courtyard didn’t exist as a destination before; it was a byproduct of a remodeled floor plan. What had been an in-between area is now an extension of the living space, created for gathering, relaxing, and everyday use. The design balances openness to the surrounding landscape with a sense of privacy. Wood screens, gates, and layout work together to create a space that feels both connected and contained.

Everything in its place 🤩 An extensive spice collection, organized and easy to access. Small decisions like this keep the kitchen feeling calm, even during everyday use. This kitchen was shaped around how the homeowners cook, gather, and spend time together each day. The goal was not to add more, but to make what’s there work better.

Remodeling a bathroom often comes down to a series of small decisions that are hard to visualize in advance. This client described gaining confidence in the process as the project came together. The result is a space that feels more open, more comfortable, and easier to use every day.

This home was redesigned to bring people together. The original layout kept the kitchen, dining, and living spaces separate. The new plan opens everything up, creating a central space where cooking, gathering, and conversation can all happen at once.

This backyard was originally steep, overgrown, and difficult to use. The new cottage reclaims that space, turning it into a flexible extension of the home. Now it supports everything from everyday use, an outdoor spa and a guest suite. A four-panel sliding door opens the cottage to the patio, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor space. Designed to feel connected to the landscape while still offering privacy and retreat.
