Maineinance work includes replacement of door locks, window coverings, light switch covers, neat caulking and sealing, light repairs, dry rot repairs, minor framing and finish trim, door adjustment, closet door hanging, window replacement and alignment, vinyl and laminate floor installation, deck repair, light cleaning and dumping, pressure washing

Applicants will have ability to work alone and complete tasks in a timely manner. With no over sight. Lead Applicant will manage entire account after basic training is completed.

Compensation is based on experience.
We pay a minimum of $14.00 an hour, a max salary would be determined by years of experience of applicant and performance.

Quarterly raises, project early completion bonuses, overtime hours offered
Project Manager position available for the right candidate.
