Our referents work concerts, conventions, trade shows, sporting events, festivals, theatrical productions, and other live events throughout the St. Louis area.

💰 Competitive Rigger Pay
• $39.36 – $47.25 per hour (depending on employer and applicable agreement)
• Minimum 4-hour guarantee on every call
• Double-time pay for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM
• Time-and-a-half after 8 hours worked in a day or 40 hours worked in a week with the same employer
📈 Employer-Paid Benefits
• 15% – 28% of gross wages contributed to a Profit Sharing Plan
• $15.00 – $35.00 per working day contributed to the National Pension Plan
• 15% – 16% of gross earnings contributed to Health & Welfare benefits
