Had the foundation & crawlspace insulated. Beneficial Insulation. Great guys to work with. Got the plumbing & hvac hidden by soffit wall. New shower ready for tile soon. The ugly little house is coming along! Living, dining & laundry rooms are textured & ready for paint.

Getting everything gutted for plumbing & electrical updates. Slower progress, hundreds of staples to remove. !
