We also need to give a big shout out to Michelle for handling the phone this week. We were getting 150 to 200 calls per day and with our small crew, there was no way to get to everyone who needed help. She was able to prioritize, manage expections, and provide guidance and empathy to all who called for assistance. Thank you Michelle!

If these areas of your house have been damaged by the storm you will need a licensed electrician to make repairs before your service can be restored. That being said, electricians will only be able to provide this service if they can safely get to your location and if all debris has been removed from the area requiring repair. This is gonna be a challenging week, let's all do our best to look out for eachother and be kind to those who are working so hard to get everyone back up and running.

We have already started receiving calls requesting service. We will be doing our best to get our crews out in the morning to assist as many of you that we can. We understand this is a difficult time to be without power and i assure you our team will be working diligently to help restore your service.
