Work is moving steadily forward on Traylor Building’s Mizkan America project in Owensboro, KY, as crews continue to make significant progress on early site development activities.
To date, the team has completed substantial underground utility installation work, helping establish the critical infrastructure needed to support future construction phases. In addition, building pad preparation is well underway, including extensive cut-and-fill operations to achieve the required site elevations and grading.
Crews have also been performing cement stabilization to improve soil conditions and create a strong, stable foundation for the facility. These efforts represent important milestones in preparing the site for vertical construction activities in the months ahead.
The project team continues to drive progress while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and ex*****on.
