It was a bit of a process as this one snowballed into a much bigger project then what was projected. That’s how they go sometimes. Anyways, here’s the results of the latest bathroom remodel. Custom vent cover and corner cabinet, all new fixtures and floor tile.

Helping out a fellow contractor give this cabin a much needed face lift. He was the visionary behind the project, I just helped him bring to life. Jesse Foor is a great guy and knows what’s he’s doing. We’ve helped each other on several projects and we never have a problem lending each other a hand.

(Disclaimer: I failed to mention, the reason the small section on corner on the front wasn’t finished was due to having to wait for the power company to pull the meter so we could side behind it)

HUGE Congrats 🎉 to this sweet friend of mine Nancy and her son Erik on their new home! What an awesome little house with a great yard for their next chapter.

We couldn’t have done it without the help of Miller’s Home Improvement and Handyman LLC for some pesky appraisal repairs but we all pulled together, worked hard and made it to the finish line!

We had the sweetest seller Terry and his great agent Cheryl on the other side too. Couldn’t have done it without everyone’s help.
