Unglued pipe and fitting found. The fitting is also cracked due to improper installation and an attempt to bend the pipe at an angle instead of adding another fitting to properly offset without tension. I'm not sure what was used in the attempt to cover up the issue noticed in white, but obviously, it didn't work and continued to leak.

Walking the line after bedding pipe, compacting, installing clean out accesses and basic hand cover with dirt. Equipment will used next to finish covering and landscape the terraces. Another job well done for a repeat and happy customer.

Some rework and reroute of a main cold water supply including replacement of the 1" shutoff, pressure reduction valve, existing hose bib and an added hose bib. Each bib included an inline isolation valve addition for winterizing. Also replace but not pictured was a hose bib at the rear of home including an access panel in the wall between living room and kitchen for ease of future replacement along with the angle stops for vanity and toilet in the powder bathroom.

All the plumbing trim is installed and functioning with grab bars in matching finishes. The U-shower system is a programmable control made by Moen. The remote operates where, when and at what temperature setting the user desires. It can be operated remotely from an app installed on your phone, at point of use or by voice command. It will bring the shower up to a desired temperature and hold that it until you enter. With a digital display and adjustment options you can set the exact temperature you want to the degree desired.
