Live in hail country? The single smartest upgrade you can make to your roof is Class 4 impact-rated shingles. Here's what they do — and the bonus most homeowners don't know about.

🛡️ WHAT "CLASS 4" MEANS
Shingles are impact-rated Class 1–4. Class 4 is the highest — tested by firing a 2" steel ball at them to simulate hail. They resist the bruising and granule loss that smaller hail inflicts on standard shingles.
